In this time I’ve not only made great progress physically but I have also developed a better mindset towards food and training which is very important to me. In the past I’ve suffered with various eating disorders therefore having a healthy mindset has always been my priority. At the beginning of 2019 our aim was to cut down and get in shape for my wedding in April 2019.

With exciting food choices and training plan specifically catered and personalised to my needs made sticking to my plan very easy and enjoyable.
For once in my life I didn’t crave and/or felt the need to “cheat” on my diet.

After the wedding my progress was better than I hoped for. Even with having a few days off training and diet to enjoy our honeymoon I still managed to make great progress.

When you become part of the team you aren’t just getting a generic diet plan and training program u are getting years of experience and a tried an tested formula to get you where you need to be.

When I have my lows they are only a text away and have a constant support from them with any issue. If there’s anything in the program or diet that I’m unsure of Karen will change to suit you.

I was a regular gym user. However, I had lost motivation and had put on weight, I was at the heaviest I’d been for some time.

I started working with Karen who sparked my enthusiasm and motivation back into working out.

Even though I had some knowledge with working out, Karen’s knowledge has been so valuable, she has tweaked exercises to really enhance and ensure I get the most out of what I am doing, small tweaks that I would never have thought of myself.

Karen has also devised a diet that assists me with shredding fat and building muscle, but ensuring that I do not feel hungry. in fact, I’ve never eaten so much.

Three weeks into my diet and training, I have lost fat and gained muscle. I have lost an inch and a half off my waist and lost in all other areas. I’m so happy with my results and would highly recommend Karen to anyone.

She not only advise, guide and train- she will also listen to you and understand that the world we live in can have an impact on us as individuals.

If it wasn’t for TG, I definitely would not be on the road of improvement. She goes the extra mile to ensure you are doing well. I feel treated as if as family, and that to me is golden. I went from not being able to walk into the gym and after training with Karen, my confidence has built up over time and slowly I feel myself improving mentally and physically with her honest and motivating help.

In the beginning, I felt as if it was too late for me to regain my strength after numerous surgeries due to health issues. Karen created a meal plan that would help me and benefit me, making it less of a chance of my health flaring up. Not only that, she came up with a training schedule that is personal to me.

Karen is an amazing coach. Although I was already training I lacked direction with it and had plateau’d with building muscle.

My food wasn’t where it needed to be and I was started to feel lost with training and nutrition.

Since starting with Karen I have loved every minute of training, pushed myself further than I would have done alone and combined with her nutritional plan I have seen amazing results!

She’s knowledgeable and supportive; making sure my programme fits into my life around working and being at home. Absolute game changer! Wouldn’t look back!

I started my journey with Karen Spencer at the beginning of November 2019, weighing in at a whopping 252lbs, 6wks later and I’m at 241lbs and still leaning out!

Transformation-genie takes care of everything from food intake (granular level, as in food weight), to training regime and frequency!

Karen has been such a pleasant and knowledgeable coach and is always on hand for queries e.g. food servings, swapping of foods, to training and cardio perspective.

Overall I’d give my experience 9.5/10, the .5 will come once I’ve hit my body  composition goals.
